Registration deadlines and policies
You may pre-register online via this site. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. Conference fees must be paid in full and accompany a completed registration form.
Registration prices
Single Rate: $335
(Price includes your choice of sessions, daily access to exhibitors, morning refreshments, full-scale hot lunches and the BBQ Bash on the campus lawn Saturday evening.)
Optional Special Event—Welcome Reception at Boone Tavern: $35
(Price includes soda, wine and beer, light snacks and the chance to rub elbows with some of the biggest names in the woodworking world.)
Guest
The Guest Package is $50 and includes morning refreshments, full-scale hot lunches and the BBQ Bash. Applies to a spouse, significant other or friend.
Cancellation policy
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us in writing by October 10, 2008. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions may be made by phone, fax or email until November 4, 2008. After this date, all substitutions must be made on-site.
Registration confirmation
Attendees who register before November 4, 2008 will receive their confirmation materials via e-mail. Attendees who register after this date can pick up their materials on-site. All attendees will receive their badges and session materials when they check in at the start of the Conference.
Special needs
We make sure our facility has total accessibility, and we do whatever is needed to make attending the Conference as convenient as possible for all attendees. If you have a special need, please send an email to WoodworkingConference@fwpubs.com or call us at 1-800-436-8700.
